DéfiXP is a platform developed with Commerce Lac-Mégantic in 2017. It’s a training tool for managers and their employees.
Following the tragedy of Lac-Mégantic in 2013, there was an influx of tourists. To better serve them, DéfiXP aims to perfect local employees’ knowledge of customer service and the region’s main tourist attractions.
Jean and Ginette
Jean and Ginette are two 65-year-old retired Montrealers who are quite active. Since they love nature and great food, they are visiting a group of friends and are looking forward to enjoying what the region has to offer over the weekend.
Jack and Alan
Jack and Alan are visiting from Boston with their two children, Julia and Anton. It’s the start of their vacation and they will be in the region for a few days before continuing their tour of Quebec. Jack speaks a bit of french, but Alan does not.
Pierre-Luc
A young father of two, Pierre-Luc works in a nearby business. On weekends, he likes doing two things: shopping in local stores and finding the latest tools to cook for his family.
Denyse and Mickaël
These two characters are for players with a Manager profile only. Denyse runs a small business and she has 3 employees. The latest hire is Mickaël, 22 years old. He has little experience as a salesman, yet the busy season is rapidly coming!
